Support is provided by MI - CONSULTING, s.r.o. (IČO: 36215317), with registered office at Čsl. odboja 98, 040 11 Košice, Slovakia (Matrix Intelligence Consulting). Tell us what happened, what you expected, your game version, device model, and Android version. A screenshot of the issue can help; remove personal information first.
For a purchase issue, include the item name and, if available, the Google Play order identifier from your receipt. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card details, or an unredacted payment statement.
This page covers Android builds distributed through Google Play; it does not claim store approval or public availability. iOS is planned; Google Play instructions below do not apply to future App Store purchases. SWINGDOMS is intended for ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
Restore a purchase
Connect to the internet, use the same Google Play account that made the purchase, then select Restore Purchases in the game. This checks eligible purchased entitlements and active Canopy Club membership. If something is missing, contact us with the item name and order identifier.
Restoring purchases does not restore your level progress, spent currency, or every consumable item. Those game records are local. Avoid clearing app storage while troubleshooting missing progress.
Cancel Canopy Club or request a refund
Open Google Play subscriptions with the account used to subscribe, select Canopy Club, and follow the cancellation steps. You can also follow Google's subscription instructions. Deleting the game or erasing progress does not cancel billing.
For refunds, use Google Play's refund guidance or email us about the purchase. Refund eligibility depends on your circumstances and applicable law; your mandatory consumer rights remain in place.
Reset progress or remove local data
Options → Erase all progress resets core gameplay progress. It does not remove every locally stored preference or diagnostic identifier, the independent advertising-age choice, or the local access-restriction flags. This action can lose progress, so use it only when you intend to reset the game.
To remove all app-local data on Android, open your device's settings for SWINGDOMS and choose Storage → Clear storage or Clear data, or uninstall the app. Exact labels vary by device. Device or platform backups may retain information separately.
These steps do not delete Google Play transaction records or records retained by RevenueCat or backup providers, and do not cancel subscriptions. Email us for help with a privacy or deletion request; we may need limited information, such as a purchase identifier, to locate relevant records and explain the applicable provider request channels and retention. SWINGDOMS has no separate game account to delete during normal play.
Privacy and advertising help
In the Android app, open Options → Privacy choices to review the independent advertising-age choice. Under 16, Prefer not to say, or no selection keeps new ad requests off. For 16 or older, Google's User Messaging Platform checks which consent choices are needed. Use Retry privacy check after a failed check; the Google privacy options button appears when Google requires it. You can keep playing when ads are unavailable.
Google Play may separately request Age Signals before allowing gameplay or new purchases, and Google may show age-sharing or verification screens. Declining sharing does not clear a known-under-13 restriction, and errors preserve existing holds. Support, legal information, and subscription management remain accessible while access is held.
Changing advertising choices cannot dismiss an ad already on screen or reverse earlier provider processing. For more detail, see the advertising section of the policy below.
See the SWINGDOMS Privacy Policy for information about local data, Google AdMob, Google Play, RevenueCat, and privacy rights. Contact contact@miconsulting.sk about privacy choices or a child's information.
