Who provides the game

SWINGDOMS is provided by MI - CONSULTING, s.r.o. (IČO: 36215317), with registered office at Čsl. odboja 98, 040 11 Košice, Slovakia, publicly known as Matrix Intelligence Consulting. Contact us at contact@miconsulting.sk or +421 919 291 738. These terms concern the game; the consulting website has separate service terms.

The game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms or authorize a purchase where you live, involve your parent or guardian and obtain any permission required by law.

These Android terms apply to builds distributed through Google Play; they do not claim store approval or public availability. An iOS version is planned; this page does not announce an available App Store release or apply Google Play billing rules to future Apple purchases.

Playing and local progress

We give you permission to install and play SWINGDOMS for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the applicable store terms. We and our licensors retain rights in the game and its content. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, sell access to the game, or interfere with its purchase or security systems. This does not restrict uses that applicable law permits.

Normal play does not require a SWINGDOMS account or registration. Authorized Google Play reviewers may use a private review credential solely to access review mode. Game progress and settings are stored locally. Clearing app data, changing devices, or uninstalling can remove progress. Device backup behavior depends on your platform and settings; purchase restoration is not a backup of your levels, currency balance, or other local progress.

Ads and digital items

The game can show interstitial ads and offers optional rewarded ads where advertising is available. You choose whether to watch a rewarded ad; its stated reward depends on completing the ad. Ad availability can vary. Purchases are optional.

Virtual currency, cosmetic items, and other digital items are for use inside SWINGDOMS. They are not money or an investment and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the game. Read the item description before purchasing. Consumable purchases and locally spent currency may not be recoverable through Restore Purchases; contact support about missing purchases.

Canopy Club and billing

Canopy Club is an optional recurring subscription. While the membership is active, its perks include removal of interstitial ads and a 40-coin daily bonus when you open the game. Optional rewarded ads may still be available. Daily bonuses do not accumulate for days you do not open the game.

Available plans, billing periods, prices, currency, taxes, and any offer conditions are shown in the store purchase screen before you confirm. That screen governs the purchase; website descriptions do not override it. Google Play processes Android payments. A recurring plan renews and charges for the next billing period unless you cancel through Google Play.

You can review or cancel a membership in Google Play subscriptions using the Google account that purchased it. Uninstalling SWINGDOMS, clearing data, or erasing progress does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues for the paid period shown by Google Play. Purchase help and your consumer rights

Use Restore Purchases in the game to check eligible purchases and active memberships with the same store account. For a missing item, billing problem, or refund request, contact SWINGDOMS support or use Google Play's refund guidance. Eligibility depends on the purchase, timing, location, and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content and any applicable withdrawal or refund rights. We do not ask you to waive those rights through these terms. See the EU's consumer guarantee guidance for general information.

Updates, privacy, and contact

We may provide game updates and fixes. If we materially change these terms, we will publish the revised text with an updated date and provide any notice or choice required by law. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under applicable law.
